Delivery Process Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we receive too many orders at once, we can add a few more days. Please note that it can take several days for your order to arrive. If there is a delay with your order, please let us know by email or phone.
Shipping & Delivery
The costs of your order are calculated and shown when ordering your product.
PostNL standard with a tracking number:
Delivery can take from 3 to 6 working days.
Delays can occur.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation of your order when your order has been shipped, in that email you will find your tracking number to track your order. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Itvos.nl is not responsible for any customs and taxes that are applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
It-vos.nl is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to make a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before making a claim.
International Shipping Policy
At the moment we do not deliver outside the Netherlands.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not completely happy with your product, we're here to help.
From the day you receive the order, you have 14 days to return a product.
To know if your product can be returned, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Your product must be in the same packaging as when it arrived.
Your product must have a purchase form.
When we receive the product, we will let you know that the product has arrived and is being inspected. We will let you know the status of the refund immediately after inspecting the product.
If your product is approved, we will refund the money to your bank account.
You will receive the amount on your account within a few days, how long this takes depends on your own bank.
You are responsible for paying the delivery charges if you return the product. Delivery costs are not reimbursed by us.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
